Pictures for your Enjoyment

Just a little update. Here are the kids before church yesterday...thought it turned out REALLY cute. They are such hams. Sydnie has been learning how to ride a 2 wheel bike. I went Yard Saleing on Saturday and got a princess bike, a kiddie pool, a sword (plastic one for Wes), a cash register for Syd. and some beanie babies for Syd's obsession. It was really fun. The cash register was 2 bucks and when we got home and opened it up, there was about 3 dollars in change inside! SCORE. I made a dollar on that purchase! Here she is riding her "new" bike. We just have to keep practicing!!! Friday night we went on a double date with our friends. We went and saw Get Smart. It was actually really funny and pretty clean. It was very entertaining.

I don't know I mentioned before, I am now the 1st counselor in the Primary Presidency. I have been feeling stressed because I seriously have no idea what I am doing. I am over the Cub scouts now too, and I have never even thought about Cub Scouts in my life before. I now have to do sharing time once a month (which I don't know why, scares me to DEATH!) and yesterday was my first day conducting. Good thing the kids didn't know how UN-organized I was!

If you are sick of reading about our garden, you can stop reading now, but it's growing!!!! YEAH!! Our tomatoes, beans, peas and cucumbers are coming up. I also see some tops of some carrots (maybe, or maybe it's weeds) we will see!

Cute pics Shoon! Your kids are adorable, and garden looks great! I liked your baby name poll. Where is the big reveal now that it is closed? Do we have to wait till he's born? I can't believe it is getting so close!!

You kids looks so grown up and cute before church.
Score on the cash register! Way to go.
Good job Syd on the 2 wheel bike progress.
I am not shocked that you got a calling in the primary presidency. You will do fine. It takes some to get used to it. Remember they are children and there is no need to be afraid. It works sometime.
Have a great day!

Wow, in the prez! I too was overwhelmed when I got called in PU2, but found alot of helpful stuff via LDS Primary Partners CD roms. There are some just for sharing time, one themed for the year with tons of ideas, LDS Games for primary kids. I have a bunch on CD I could burn for ya if you want. I got them at a Far West book store (in Tri-Cities). But you could get them online too!

Wow for Sid on the 2 wheeler! Garrick is still with training wheels, and Aleksia just got a "big girl bike" for her b-day a week ago. But "it's too hard," so she rides her trike still.

Super cute pictures. Wesley looks so grown up. I am the 1st counselor in Primary too. The cub scout thing was new to me also, because I grew up with 6 sisters. But my great hubby knows it all. So he is good to explain it all to me. E-mail me if you have any questions or anything. I love to look on theideadoor.com and sugardoodle.net for ideas. They are great helps for me. Good luck, you will love it.

Shan,
Yeah for your garden. Thanks for sharing your happiness with us!

And that is a darling picture of your kids.

And you will do great at sharing time. Just remember that you're a cruise director/one woman show for 20 minutes and you'll do fine. Good luck with Cub Scouts.

You will be awesome in primary. I'm learning that we who feel so inadequate will be blessed by the Spirit if we ask and listen....I still feel sick every Saturday night until church is over on Sunday. I know don't how long that will last! :)

LOVE the kids pictures! They are so grown up!
